Job Description:
Help and assist the Director of Coaching in organizing and supporting all ECNL and Academy teams throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Coach support and education
- League and Tournament Registrations
- Managing staff for the South Academy
- Lead program staff meetings
- Practice Scheduling
- Watching trainings and games
- Understanding Kings Hammer style of play and game model
- Conduct coach evaluations
- Guide coaches through the player evaluation process
- Tryout preparation and execution
- Tasks assigned by Director of Coaching, Technical Director, Education Director and/or Technical Committee
- Player Identification for ECNL and South Academy teams
