Job Description:
Implement and conduct GK-Specific training sessions based on Direction of GK Director and Kings Hammer GK Curriculum throughout the year.
Location(s): Xenia Premier (Xenia OH), North Premier (Lebanon OH), South Premier (Union KY), Academy North (Lebanon OH), Academy South (Wilder, KY), Academy Bluegrass (Lexington KY)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct GK training sessions on a weekly basis: Frequency and duration dependent on location and level of programing
- Evaluation of GKs within training sessions and potentially during matches.
- Attend GK Staff Meetings
- Understand Kings Hammer Style of Play and Game Model
- Understand Kings Hammer GK Curriculum and Methodology
- Create Positive Learning Environment for Kings Hammer GKs
