Grassroots Youth Director

Job Description:

Works with Grassroots Executive Director, Premier Executive Director, and local Premier Program Director to lead the school-based and club-based Little Lions program as well as overseeing training and development of U8 Premier teams.

Location(s): North (Lebanon OH), Sycamore (Montgomery OH), South (Union KY), Bluegrass (Lexington KY and Versailles KY)

Responsibilities:

Oversee local club-based Little Lions program and U8 Premier program
Create and oversee a mobile Little Lions and Camp program
Develop partnerships with existing recreation groups to provide education and open a development pathway
Work closely with program directors to create a bridge between the Grassroots and Premier programs
Collaborate with staff in developing and executing curriculum for coaches, players, and parents within the program
Communicate with families within the Little Lions, Camps, and U8 Premier programs

Experience working with U4-U8 age groups (on the field or in a classroom setting)
